Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Phase Glass & Mirror Co. provides custom-fabricated glass systems and installation services for both commercial and residential projects. Because most materials are ordered or fabricated specifically for each project, refunds are limited once work has begun or materials have been procured.


Commercial projects are typically billed according to contract terms, including progress billing or AIA schedules. Residential and smaller projects may require deposits and staged payments (for example, 50% deposit, 30% prior to installation, and 20% upon completion). Payments made toward materials, fabrication, or completed work are generally non-refundable.


If a project is cancelled before materials are ordered or fabrication begins, refunds may be considered at the company’s discretion, less any administrative, design, or material costs already incurred.


In the event of defective materials or workmanship, All Phase Glass & Mirror Co. will repair or replace the affected work in accordance with our warranty terms. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products where applicable.
