Payment Terms:

Prices shown Includes labor, materials, and any applicable sales tax.

Unless using a binding contract with pay apps or a PO, payment terms are as follows:

50% due upon agreement to order materials,

30% due on start of work,

20% due on completion.

Preparation:

​

All openings will be verified and measured on-site by APG before final production/fabrication. GC to ensure openings and site conditions are measure ready, if not ready a mobilization fee may be charged.

Completion:

​

Frames caulked inside and out. General clean up and disposal of materials described will be completed by All Phase Glass.

​

Exclusions:

​

Painting, patching, plastering, flooring, permits, 110v service, low voltage, fire, alarm, security, flashing, any and all work not otherwise specified in this document. Waterproofing to structure or substrate by others. Final cleaning, polishing, site protection by others.

Default Warranty:

​

APG Workmanship = 1 year from installation completion.

Storefront Workmanship = 1 year from order received.

Storefront Anodized = 10 years from order received.

Storefront Paint/PowderCoat = Varies per AAMA#.

Glass/Glazing = 10 years from order received.

Caulking/Sealants = 2 years from installation completion.
