With over 30 years of experience in the glass industry, Jim is a third-generation glazier whose roots in the trade run deep in the Tampa Bay area. Hands-on and deeply involved in the business, he leads with integrity, humility, and a people-first mindset. Since assuming ownership in 2005, Jim has grown All Phase Glass & Mirror by staying true to his core values—prioritizing relationships over profits and building a company culture where employees are treated like family.
