Josh Copp is the Fabrication Lead at All Phase Glass, bringing over 13 years of construction and fabrication experience to the shop. His background includes welding, plumbing, and steel fabrication, providing a strong technical foundation that supports high-quality storefront and glazing systems.

In his role, Josh leads the fabrication team with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality control. He reviews drawings and materials prior to fabrication, ensures precise measurements, and oversees the cutting and assembly of frames. As part of his role, Josh plays a key part in pre-fabrication review, helping catch potential issues early and supporting smoother installations in the field.

Known for his hands-on, detail-oriented approach, Josh leads by example and maintains high standards throughout the shop. He is OSHA 30 certified and committed to safety, organization, and consistency in every build. With experience as a college baseball player and coach, Josh brings a calm, team-focused leadership style to fabrication. Clients and project teams can feel confident knowing that materials leaving the shop are built accurately, on time, and with craftsmanship that speaks for itself.
