Mike joined All Phase Glass & Mirror with a background in warehouse management and organization, bringing a disciplined, hands-on approach that quickly translated into project leadership. Through years of consistency, long hours, and a relentless commitment to getting the job done, he has grown into the role of Senior Project Manager. Known for his old-school work ethic and willingness to do whatever a project requires, including late nights and hurricane repair efforts. Mike is deeply trusted by both customers and internal teams. His dedication, accountability, and experience make him a cornerstone of All Phase operations, and he continues to expand his industry expertise while working toward his Glazier’s License.
