Trey Hall

Trey Hall has been a full-time member of the All Phase Glass team since 2017, after spending several summers working in the shop and learning the business from the ground up. From assisting with fabrication to working in the field as both a helper and lead, Trey developed a strong hands-on understanding of installation and project execution before moving into project management.

Today, Trey oversees projects from start to finish, helping ensure they move efficiently from planning through completion. His field experience provides practical insight into sequencing, coordination, and real-world problem solving.

Known for his reliability and follow-through, Trey believes that in construction your word matters — and consistently delivering on commitments builds lasting trust. He has completed YKK training and holds his OSHA 30 certification, reinforcing his commitment to quality and safety on every project.

Outside of work, Trey enjoys spending time outdoors, reflecting the discipline and preparation he brings to his role. Clients and partners can feel confident working with Trey knowing he approaches every project with accountability and consistency.
